Nebraska Information Systems ("NEBIS," "we," "us," or "our") operates nebisco.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are
Nebraska Information Systems is a Nebraska-based managed service provider offering managed IT, cybersecurity, AI solutions, and risk management services to businesses across the United States.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
Information you give us directly. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any message content you provide. We only collect this when you choose to submit it.
Information collected automatically when you visit the site. When you browse nebisco.com, our analytics tools automatically record standard technical information: your IP address, general geographic location (typically city or region level), browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring website, pages you view, time spent on each page, and interactions like clicks and scroll depth. This data is pseudonymous — we don't know your name from it.
Why we collect it
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Understand how visitors find and use nebisco.com so we can improve it
- Identify and fix technical issues on the site
- Measure the performance of our marketing and content
- Protect the site against fraud, abuse, and security threats
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build profiles for targeted advertising outside of our own marketing measurement.
Tools and service providers we use
We rely on trusted third parties to operate and analyze the site. Each of these has its own privacy policy, linked below, governing what they do with data we share with them.

- Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps to improve site usability. Clarity automatically masks sensitive content like form inputs. Privacy policy
- Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools — search performance reporting. Privacy policy
If we add or change tools, we'll update this list.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, primarily for analytics and site functionality. These include:
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure site usage
- Functional storage used by your browser to remember preferences
Cloudflare's analytics do not use cookies at all. You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
How long we keep your information
Contact form submissions: retained for up to 24 months after last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or unless we need to retain them longer to meet a legal or contractual obligation.
Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Microsoft Clarity session data is retained according to Clarity's default retention (currently up to 13 months). Cloudflare analytics retention follows Cloudflare's standard policy.
Your rights
Regardless of which state you live in, we offer the following rights to everyone who interacts with nebisco.com:
- The right to know what personal information we have about you
- The right to correct information that is inaccurate
- The right to delete your personal information
- The right to opt out of analytics tracking (see below)
- The right to receive a copy of the personal information you've provided to us
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@nebisco.com with your request. We'll respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you reside in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights under state law. Contact us and we'll honor them.
Opting out of analytics
If you prefer not to be included in our analytics:
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on to exclude your visits from Google Analytics
- Most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or privacy mode; we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically possible
- Use a browser extension like uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger to block analytics scripts
Security
Security is our day job. We protect information submitted through nebisco.com using industry-standard measures: encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), hardened hosting on Cloudflare's edge network, access controls on our internal systems, and the same security practices we recommend to our clients.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of a breach involving your personal information, we will notify you as required by law and act quickly to address it.
Children's privacy
Nebisco.com is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@nebisco.com and we will delete it.
International visitors
Nebisco.com is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your home country. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective date" at the top and, for material changes, post a notice on the site. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
