One provider.
The whole state.

NEBIS is based in Nebraska and works Nebraska first. Every city below has its own page covering how we deliver MSP and Managed IT services there. The work itself does not change from market to market: proactive monitoring, patching, identity and access management, backup, and layered security, run by the same team that answers when you call.

Most of managed IT never requires anyone to drive to your office. Monitoring agents, remote support, Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, and endpoint security all run over the network. Geography only changes the answer when hardware fails, a site needs cabling, or a new office has to be stood up. That is where the metro and greater Nebraska split matters, and we are direct about which model applies to you before you sign anything.

The Omaha metro

Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, and Council Bluffs are one contiguous market, not five separate ones. The Highway 370 corridor, Shadow Lake, Southport, and the Council Bluffs riverfront are all a short drive apart.

On-site work here is scheduled directly by our team. A client with offices in two or three of these cities is treated as one environment under one agreement, not as three accounts with three baselines.

Greater Nebraska

Lincoln, Fremont, and Grand Island sit outside the metro and behave like their own markets. Day-to-day support is identical to what metro clients get: same monitoring, same helpdesk, same security stack, same people.

On-site work is planned rather than same-hour. Hardware refreshes, cabling, and new-site builds get batched into scheduled visits so you are paying for the work, not the drive.

Not on the list? A Nebraska business is a Nebraska business. Kearney, Norfolk, Hastings, North Platte, Columbus, and Scottsbluff do not have dedicated pages, but they are covered the same way greater Nebraska is. Tell us where you are and we will confirm it in one call.

Common questions.

Which Nebraska cities does NEBIS serve?

We have dedicated pages for Omaha, Lincoln, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Fremont, and Grand Island in Nebraska, plus Council Bluffs, Iowa. Those are the markets where we have the most local context and where on-site work is easiest to schedule. Coverage is not limited to them. NEBIS serves businesses across Nebraska.

Do you cover rural Nebraska and smaller towns?

Yes. Kearney, Norfolk, Hastings, North Platte, Columbus, Scottsbluff, and the towns between them are inside our service area. There is not a dedicated page for every one, but the delivery model is the same as the rest of greater Nebraska: remote monitoring, helpdesk, and security day to day, with on-site work scheduled when hardware genuinely needs hands on it.

How does on-site dispatch actually work?

Inside the Omaha metro (Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, and Council Bluffs) we schedule on-site visits directly. Outside the metro, on-site work is planned rather than same-hour: cabling, hardware swaps, and new-office builds get batched into a scheduled trip. Most managed IT never needs a visit at all. We tell you which model applies to your business before you sign anything.

Do you serve western Iowa?

Council Bluffs is a full market for us and has its own pages. If your business is elsewhere in western Iowa, ask. Nebraska and the Council Bluffs side of the river are where we are strongest, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit instead of stretching to cover you.

How fast do you respond?

New inquiries get a response within 1 business day. For clients under a managed agreement, response targets are written into the agreement and matched to severity. A site that is down is not handled like a printer question.

Does my IT provider need to be in my city?

No. Monitoring, helpdesk, patching, identity, and cloud administration are all delivered over the network. What being local actually buys you is someone who can show up when hardware fails and someone you can hold accountable. A Nebraska provider gives you both without a national call center in between.

Can you support offices in more than one Nebraska city?

Yes. Multi-site is normal here: a headquarters in Omaha with a plant in Grand Island, or an office in Lincoln and a second in Papillion. We run them as one environment with one security baseline, one set of standards, and one point of contact, not as separate accounts.

Don't see your city?
