Pricing
Managed IT Pricing
NEBIS prices managed IT per user, per month. One rate covers monitoring, helpdesk, patching, security tooling, cloud administration, and a quarterly strategy review. No hourly billing, no emergency surcharges, no surprise invoices at the end of the month.
Use the calculator further down the page to estimate your monthly cost based on team size and contract length, or contact us directly for a formal proposal.
How it works
Flat-rate pricing.
No metered surprises.
Most managed IT providers quote a per-user or per-device rate. NEBIS uses a per-user model because it aligns cost to headcount rather than hardware count. When someone joins your team, one number changes on the invoice. When someone leaves, it changes back. No asset audits, no renegotiations.
The monthly rate covers our operational stack described on our managed IT services page: 24/7 monitoring and alerting, helpdesk under documented SLAs, OS and third-party patch management, endpoint protection, network management, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, hardware lifecycle planning, and backup with tested restores. Proactive Cybersecurity, Risk management, and AI advisory are included in this premium per-user price.
Longer commitments lower the per-user rate. A one-year agreement carries the standard rate. Two-year and three-year terms reduce the per-user cost by 10% and 15% respectively, because a longer runway lets us plan infrastructure changes and amortize onboarding over a wider period.
There is a $2,000 monthly minimum. Below that threshold, the fixed costs of running a fully managed engagement, such as dedicated monitoring, documentation, and access to the engineering team, do not pencil out for either side. If your team is small enough to land under that floor, the minimum applies rather than the per-user math.
Onboarding is quoted separately. Every new client has remediation work: backups that were never verified, servers behind on patches, accounts that should have been disabled months ago. We scope that work during the assessment and quote it as a one-time project so the ongoing monthly rate stays clean.
All pricing shown on this page is directional. Final terms depend on environment complexity, compliance requirements, and scope of services. Book a meeting and we will build a proposal around your exact setup.

FAQ
Pricing questions.
What does the per-user price include?
Our MSP includes Manged IT, Cybersecurity, AI solutions, and Risk management into ONE package. This inludes our premium managed IT stack: 24/7 monitoring and alerting, helpdesk under documented SLAs, OS and third-party patching, endpoint protection, network management, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, hardware lifecycle planning, backup with tested restores, and a monthly report with quarterly strategy review. On-site dispatch across the greater Omaha metro is included when remote support is not enough.
Is there a minimum contract or monthly spend?
There is a $2,000 monthly minimum. Below that threshold, the fixed costs of running a fully managed engagement do not work for either side. Contract terms of one, two, or three years are available; longer commitments lower the per-user rate.
How does managed IT pricing compare to break-fix costs?
Break-fix bills hourly after something fails, with emergency premiums, trip charges, and no prevention included. Managed IT pricing is a flat monthly fee tied to headcount, covering the work that prevents incidents alongside the work that resolves them. Most businesses find the twelve-month total under managed IT is lower than the sum of break-fix invoices plus the cost of downtime they absorbed.
Are onboarding and remediation included in the monthly price?
No. Every new environment has catch-up work: unverified backups, deferred patches, orphaned accounts. We scope that during the initial assessment and quote it as a one-time project so the ongoing monthly rate stays clean and predictable.
What if we already have internal IT staff?
Co-managed IT keeps your team in charge. NEBIS wraps specific layers around them: after-hours monitoring, patching, security tooling, or an escalation path for problems one person should not own alone. The pricing model adjusts because the scope is different.
Can we get a formal proposal instead of using the calculator?
Yes. The calculator gives a directional estimate. Book a meeting or contact us and we will assess your environment and build a proposal around your exact setup, compliance requirements, and growth plans.
